It was founded in 2014 by Kelly from A Girl Worth Saving, Jessica from Delicious Obsessions, and Orleatha Smith Level Health & Nutrition. As established wellness educators in the real food and natural living industries, they continually found that there was one thing that held people back from starting and maintaining a real food lifestyle: time.
They knew there had to be a better way and 20 Dishes was created as a way to help bring families back to the table AND make healthy eating quick and easy. Our system takes the stress and overwhelm out of preparing healthy meals and gives families more of what they need -- TIME.
